Each section needs its observers but at a club level it can be sometimes difficult to get people to come along and stand all day at what can be a cold and mucky section and observe. Each club has its own way of encouraging observers, but we would like to hear what others think and what can be done to stop the situation where people are running around just before a trial starts looking for people to observe.
